Prices are for standard heights to 9.5 feet. Additional heights will be quoted according to the style.

All stairs are all welded metal. Alum/wood and Steel/wood are all metal with an angle frame tread and landing for wood by the owner. When ordering these stairs specify the thickness of the wood that you plan to use. You may use anything from 1/2 inch plywood on the smaller stairs of 4 foot diameter or less and 3/4 plywood on stairs 4.5 feet diameter to 2 inch oak, teak or any other wood on any of the stairs. Other materials such as tile, stone, concrete or whatever you can imagine also make very interesting treads.

We can also furnish wood treads of your choice. Quotes based on the size and type of wood.

Steel stairs are painted with black or red primer for interior or exterior use. Aluminum stairs are unpainted. All sizes may be powdercoated in most popular colors.

No assembly is required. If the area is easily accessible installation should take no more than 30 minutes in most cases.

No particular foundation or footer is required for the installation. The stairs can be placed on almost any floor without adding extra support in the stair area. Outdoor stairs can exit onto the grass with only a small concrete pad or block under the main center pipe.

Installation requires only a small drill for the upper beam and a bit for the floor material. 2 to 4 lag bolts hold the upper landing and one lag or drive pin secures the bottom.

Stairs can be delivered by our truck within 30 miles at no charge. Over 30 miles by our truck or common carrier. Other countries by ship from Tampa, Florida with free delivery to the port. Quotes for shipping and installation on request.

For domestic or foreign orders please furnish dimensions in inches and fractions of an inch to the nearest one quarter inch. Stairs are built for an upper overhang of at least 3 inches. If there is no overhang an addition to the landing is necessary so the railing is clear of the wall below. No extra charge for the 4 inch addition to the landing.

Stairs are built in either right or left designs. Also entry to the upper landing can be from two directions on either right or left design. This gives considerable flexibility in the location of the entry to the stairs from the lower floor. We will help you decide which design and layout will be best for your application.
